We are looking for hands-on engineers who can take an idea from concept to prototype to a
production-ready feature. If you are excited about new technologies, have a clear understanding of cloud applications (or a strong desire to learn) and have experience creating enterprise grade software, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
As a senior engineering member of this team, you will participate in all stages of development from proof of concept, implementation to release. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of and experience with J2EE architectures and technologies, and a passion for creating products from scratch in an extensible and modular manner. Past experience in large scale J2EE application design and development is critical.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years experience designing and developing successful products
- Deep and broad expertise with J2EE technologies
- Expertise in Spring technologies highly desired
- Experience designing and developing large-scale SAAS applications highly desired
- Experience developing user interface components and/or large-scale user interface projects
- Strong experience in interaction technologies with Midtier : Web Service APIs, REST, etc
- clear understanding of UI technologies such as Flex, BlazeDS, Ajax, JSPs, Struts
- Hands on experience with XML Parsers, XML Schema, JAXB
- Positive, can-do attitude, self-starter, enthusiastic personality
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Masters preferred
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS:
- Hands on experience with Spring technologies
- Good interaction and visual design acumen
- Familiarity in one or more of the following: Perl, PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript
- Understanding of systems architecture and components such as networking and storage
- Understanding of data center automation products and cloud computing, with prior experience
building products and services in this space
